The World Record of “FASTEST TO COMPLETE HALF MARATHON BY A PERSON WITH HEMIPLEGIA” was achieved by NIHAD PANJU on 20th January 2013 from Mumbai (Maharashtra) India. He completed a half marathon in 3 hours, 22 minutes, and 40 seconds despite having a medical diagnosis of hemiplegia and has set a new world record for International Book of Records.
